Visited Athena Beach Hotel with Potters for an educational tour and bowls tournament 28th October to 6th November 2008.
Celebrated 41st wedding anniversary on 29th October and met John & Pat Wagstaff from Colchester who were celebrating the 46th anniversary on the same day.
Competed in 4 games of bowls with Gwen, Doreen and Bernard, winning 3, loosing 1 by 3 shots and ending up with a +16 shots and 6 points for a 6th place finish out of 18 teams.
Renewed old friendships with EBF bowlers from Nott's, Derbyshire and Linc's and shared several KEO beers and cocktails and looking forward to returning in 2008 with a party from Wisbech.
